  • For Debt Consolidation and Adverse Credit Mortgages we charge an advice fee of £349 on application.

  • For Equity Release & Lifetime Mortgages we charge a £995 fee on application.

  • We do not charge a fee for any Protection or Business Protection Advice.

  • Upon completion of your mortgage or protection policy, we get paid a commission by your chosen lender/insurer which will be disclosed to you.

Having lived in Plymouth for many years, Stuart truly understands the local property market and what makes Britain’s Ocean City such a great place to live! Stuart founded the company in 2024 after extensive experience as a Mortgage & Equity Release Advisor at another independent financial services company. Stuart went to University in Plymouth and after moving away for a number of years, returned to Plymouth in 2016 and has lived locally ever since. He has been advising clients in Plymouth for over 7 years.

Stuart lives with his wife, two children and an energetic springer spaniel. He loves good Coffee! At weekends, you will normally find Stuart attending Plymouth Albion Rugby Games with his son.
